We had an incredible time representing Ace Garage Door LLC at the 2025 New Orleans Home & Garden Show, held at the iconic Caesars Superdome from March 28–30. This event was a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with homeowners, contractors, and fellow professionals in the home improvement industry—and it did not disappoint.
What We Showcased
Our booth featured two standout models from CHI Overhead Doors:
- Model 2357 in Carbon Oak – A beautiful example of how functionality and design can come together.
- Model 3295 Glass Door – Sleek, modern, and ideal for anyone looking to elevate their curb appeal.
We also showcased the LiftMaster Model 87504-267, a premier garage door opener with top-of-the-line features. This motor wasn’t just on display—it was also the star of our giveaway raffle, which attracted tons of attention and engagement throughout the show.

While our door models drew plenty of attention, the real showstopper was the LiftMaster Model 87504-267 motor giveaway. This top-tier garage door opener features a built-in camera, two-way audio, smart home integration, and ultra-quiet operation. It’s the kind of upgrade that takes any garage from basic to premium.
We gave visitors a chance to win one of these motors during the event, and the response was incredible. People were genuinely excited—not just because of the value of the prize, but because it gave them a reason to stop, engage, and ask questions about how the technology works.

We fielded lots of great questions from visitors, many of which focused on:

These conversations showed us that homeowners are getting more savvy about their choices—and we’re here for it!

We were blown away by the number of people who stopped by just to say they had used us before—and that they’d never go with anyone else. That kind of loyalty means the world to us and confirms that our dedication to quality and service is making a real impact.
Building Relationships
Some of our favorite moments from the weekend came from connecting with other business owners and industry pros. Whether it was fellow garage door companies, contractors, or builders, it was exciting to share ideas and discuss ways to elevate the industry together.
Even better, we finally locked in partnerships with two contractors we’ve been hoping to work with—and they’re officially giving us a shot! On top of that, we booked 15 new jobs during the show and added over 60 potential customers to our pipeline.
Strengthening Trust With the Local Community
One of the most powerful things about being at the Home & Garden Show was the face-to-face connection we got to build with the community. In an age where so many home services are handled online, it’s easy to forget how meaningful it is to shake someone’s hand, answer their questions directly, and show them product samples up close.
Visitors got to see the materials, finishes, and build quality of our garage doors with their own eyes—and we could immediately explain the benefits of each option. That kind of personal interaction builds trust fast, especially when homeowners are trying to decide who they want working on something as important as their garage.
By having real conversations, visitors got the clarity and confidence they needed to make informed decisions—knowing they had a trusted local expert ready to help.
Why We Do It
Events like this aren’t just about showing off new products—they’re about strengthening our relationships with the community, learning from peers, and continuing to grow as a company. We walked away from the Home & Garden Show more energized and inspired than ever.
